On September 29, 2010 Kluckin Films president Dwayne King, Bloody Racket Films president Nathan Clements and actor Joey Grazaino were filming a scene for the feature film "Buster Jones by Bloody Racket Films. The location of the day was Punch Bowl, in Conway SC. Upon arrival the film crew informed the spectators that this was a movie set and today they will be filming a movie.
Kluckin Films and Bloody Racket Films finished shooting the scene, gathered up their belongings and left. Upon passing a convenient store, a short distance away from the set, they noticed that there were several Horry Co. Police officers who drove away from the store and pulled the Film Crew's car over.
What happened next still hasn't sunk in. Five Horry County Police cars pulled them over and then surrounded them. One law enforcement officer exited his car and stood behind the drivers door, of his patrol car, while brandishing his firearm Pointing his firearm at the driver, Nathan Clements, the officer barked the orders orders "Driver throw the keys out the window, put your hands out the window, Get out of the car, get on your belly and crawl over here to me." Next Dwayne King, sitting in the front passenger seat, was ordered "Passenger put your hands out the window, get out of the car put your hands in the air and your back to me, walk backward towards my voice". Joey Grazaino, who was sitting in the back seat, was told "Passenger if you do not get out quicker we will shoot and kill you, put their hands up in the air and walk backward to the officer".
All three suspects cooperated again upon being ordered to lay on the ground. Several officers held firearms pointing them at the film crew. The each member of the independent film crew were then searched and placed in individual handcuffs. Dwayne King and Joey Grazaino were stuffed into one police car and Nathan Clements into another. Two of the police cars left the scene.
Each member of the film crew were read their Miranda rights before being questioned about what they were doing and why they all were covered in stage blood. Dwayne, Nathan, and Joey disclosed that they had just finished filming a scene for the movie "Buster Jones" at the Punch Bowl.
The weather did not fit the scene as some of the police officers searched the film crew's vehicle. The doors and trunk remained wide open and exposed to the downpour that had already drenched everyone. A great discovery of a fake head in the trunk ensued in jokes, laughter between the investigating officers, then the officers were witnessed posing for photos with the fake head.
It was later discovered, through observation, by the cuffed men, that the two officers, who had left the scene while they were being questioned, had gone to the Punch Bowl to look for dead bodies. The investigators discovered fake blood at the scene, but no dead bodies. They reported finding a couple at the Punch Bowl who attested they are the ones who called the police and that the film crew had informed them a film was being made before the filming began. The three were released from their restraints and allowed to go on their addled way.
